so yeah I went to Nekocon with Zippy, Chularin and Reiji. it was Zippy, Chularin and I on Friday, and Rei replaed Zippy on Saturday. Chularin hosted the Katekyo Hitman Reborn! panel. It was epic, and completely insane. I met some really cool people that Chularin has known for years and we quickly became buddies. unfortunately, as all cons end, we said our goodbyes and looked forward to Ausa.
Ausa. It was so much fun. I met a ton of suoer-special-awesome people whom I LOVE. Cosplayed Ciel and Dino (I looked like I was 14 even though it was 22-year-old Dino OTL) Bought lots of cool stuff. After lunch on Saturday, I went back to my hotel room with my parents and started to pack stuff. A friend of mine that I met at Nekocon called me and told me they were in an accident and that she was hurt, but was released from the hospital. then she told me our friend Rachel was in ICU. I told her I'd tell Chularin, told her that I was glad she was safe, hung up the phone, and started to cry. After I gathered my senses, I called Chularin and filled her in.
We went to the second Reborn photoshoot and had fun for our friends, and took lots of crack-pictures. (it was a lot of fun). Then Sunday I went to the last Reborn photoshoot (it was tiiinnnyyyyy) and then decided to go home. In was tired, my feet were killing me, and I was ready to get some sleep.
some fun stuff at Ausa:
THE ELEVATORS. it was annoying that three broke down, but everyone who was in them was so nice and fun to joke around with.
Reborn! Saturday photoshoot: So. Many. People. IT WAS SO INSANE XDD The Lussuria who came to all the shoots was SO NICE and SO. AMAZING.
Dealer's Room: I haven't spent so much money on crap in about three cons XDD
My friends: I love them all. Those who were there, those who were unable to be there... ALL OF YOU. You make cons worth going to.
My parents: Mom and Dad came and went to the Smithsonian. They keep me sane, love me, and look out for me.
My eyes hurt so much, I haven't worn contacts this long in forever XDD But it was worth it. Like I said, my feet hurt and I'm tired, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Much love,
Mae
